The Triple Bypass is recognized as one of the premier cycling events in the United States. It travels 120 miles from Evergreen to Avon, CO.
Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Rocky Mountains on your bike. The Triple Bypass ride is 120 miles from Evergreen (Bergen Park) over Juniper Pass (11,140 ft.), Loveland Pass (11,990 ft.), Swan Mountain and Vail Pass (10,560 ft.), concluding in Avon. The Triple Bypass ride has over 10,000 ft. of challenging elevation gain!

The Triple Bypass is presented by Team Evergreen Cycling, the largest and most charitable bike club in the state of Colorado. Through the net profits of the Triple Bypass, TE has donated $3.9 million to local non-profits and gives back to the groups, including Bicycle Colorado, Colorado Mountain Bike Association, Special Olympics, the Boy Scouts, and dozens more.

Avon is committed to fostering a culture of environmental stewardship through waste reduction, energy conservation, and sustainable event practices. In 2025, Avon-produced events diverted 87% of event waste from the landfill, totaling over 5,000 pounds, thanks to the collective efforts of our vendors, staff, and zero waste partners.
Eagle County has a waste diversion goal of 40% waste diversion and 80% organics diversion by 2030. As part of these efforts, the Town’s Recycling Ordinance, effective November 1, 2023, requires all residents, businesses, and visitors to recycle.
