New Event Policies: What You Need to Know Before AvonLIVE!
We’re kicking off the summer with AvonLIVE! on Wednesday, June 11, and we’ve got a few new event policies to make sure everyone can enjoy the fun, safely and comfortably. Whether you’re dancing up front, lounging in the back, or bringing your furry friend along, here’s what to know:
🐾 Dogs Welcome—With a Few Rules
For the first time, well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome at our events! You and your four-legged friend can hang out in the pet-friendly area—just be sure to stay together and respect those around you.
🪑 Choose Your Seat—Low or High
Want to be close to the action?
Bring a low-back chair (max 5 inches off the ground) or a picnic blanket—these are perfect for the front area of the field.
Prefer something with more support?
High-back chairs are still allowed, but you’ll need to set up in the back half of the field to help everyone enjoy an unobstructed view. No need to guess—we’ll have clear signage to guide you!
🚲 Biking In? We’ve Got You Covered
We love a green commute! There’s now free, unsupervised bike parking inside the venue, making it easier than ever to ride in and secure your wheels.
🌱 Keep It Green
As always, we follow Leave No Trace and Zero Waste principles. That means you should bring a reusable water bottle, pack it in, pack it out, and help us keep our events clean and sustainable.
