Join Mariah for this evening yoga class to start your week and re-energize after work with the power of the sun! Expect to be challenged by this slow moving yet strong Vinyasa flow with a focus on breath and body alignment. Each class is closed with a gentle meditation as the sun begins to set. This class is designed for all levels.
All classes are weather dependent and subject to change based off events in Nottingham Park. Instructors may change location at their discretion. Classes are free. All participants must sign a waiver prior to taking class. Sign your waiver here.
