Join Jasmin for moon salutations to help the mind maintain equanimity and calmness and connect us to our feminine side. Balance physically, mentally, and emotionally while restoring and renewing peace within. Cool the body, relax the mind, slow down and take some deep breaths while harnessing the moon’s energy right here in Nottingham Park.
All classes are weather dependent and subject to change based off events in Nottingham Park. Instructors may change location at their discretion. Classes are free.
