Whether you’re looking for a casual afternoon of beach volleyball or are more interested in an intense tennis or pickleball match, Nottingham Park has courts and fields for all your needs.

Court Sports

Whether you’re an amateur pickleball aficionado or a professional slackliner, Nottingham Park has plenty of room for all the sports and games. Pickleball, tennis and basketball courts on the western edge of the park adjacent to Avon Elementary School are available on a first come, first serve basis. On the north shore near the beach, two beach volleyball courts offer the softest sand and best alpine beach volleyball views east of Tahoe.

Games & Tournaments

Nottingham Park hosts a variety of sports tournaments throughout the year, including soccer and lacrosse tournaments during the spring and summer. Outside of special events, the main field is available for casual family soccer games, kite flying, picnics, yoga, slacklining, and almost any other outdoor recreation you can imagine.

We strive to maintain first-class grass conditions on all fields and events are deliberately scheduled in such a way that allows time for the fields to recover. All of the fields are available to rent based on availability. To check on availability or reserve an athletic field, contact the CASE Manager.
