Locals and travelers are responsible for voting the Avon Recreation Center the Best Workout Spot of the Vail Valley in 2019-2020. With facility reservations required and plenty of safety protocols in place,  weekly fitness offerings continue to grow and include indoor, outdoor and virtual options. After a long day on the mountain or the river, join us for Yoga for Stiff People to gain strength and flexibility. If you’re looking to get sweaty, a high intensity spin or cardio workout will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling energized and renewed!
